About COMPSE 2023

Current crises have exceeded in size, magnitude, and complexity many of those that humanity has ever faced.  Problems now require more impactful, creative, data-driven approaches centered on humans and environmental needs to overcome the present challenges. Innovative solutions, optimization techniques are required to enhance sustainable development and provide the required tools to support decision-making processes.

Being this event an opportunity to discuss pressing issues related to optimization, computation, sustainability, data science, including climate change, environmental degradation, energy efficiency, waste reduction, sustainable transportation, and health systems among others, it is the aim to bring together experts, researchers, and practitioners from various fields to explore solutions and opportunity areas in these topics.     All registered papers will be submitted for publishing by Springer in the EAI/Springer Innovations in Communication and Computing book series as an edited book and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library.

    Proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in leading indexing services, such as Web of Science, Compendex, Scopus, DBLP, EU Digital Library, Google Scholar, IO-Port, MathSciNet, Inspec, and Zentralblatt MATH.
